We provide comprehensive, evidence-based third-party governance reviews to assess the effectiveness of regulatory governance practices and structures. Our reviews synthesize multiple sources of evidence, including surveys, interviews, observations, policy analysis, and document review, using our field-tested regulatory governance review framework. The framework facilitates an in-depth evaluation of the critical components of good governance practice and structure, including mandate and role clarity, board size and composition, board dynamics and governance culture, board leadership, committee structure and effectiveness, decision-making and meeting effectiveness, and oversight responsibilities.
The review process culminates in a written report (which we recommend be made publicly available) and a facilitated debrief session, surfacing meaningful insights and actionable recommendations to leverage existing strengths, address areas for improvement, and support strong, mandate-aligned governance.
